Our Around-The-Clock Care service is designed for those who are bed-bound and require shifted caregiving, including throughout the night. This is your 24-hour home care that is full-time, 24 hours a day and seven days a week. Here, you are in the care of professionals who provide personal and nutrition care, medical reminder and companionship at any given time. RelyOne provides you the peace of mind that you always have support at all times.

We find that this is crucial when clients have undergone surgery, require end-of-life care, have dementia and/or there is a need for constant monitoring due to poor motor skills. Despite this, the 24/7 Around-The-Clock Care is designed for families who find that this is a suitable option for them.

When your loved ones are discharged from the hospital, it could be a critical time for both the patients and their families. You might have to adjust to a new care routine and need assistance not previously required.

We offer you trained caregivers to make this transition process seamless with new care plans, support systems while involving families. We will help until your loved one adapts to his/her home and support services.

When you need a break or some assistance in taking care of your family member, you can rely on us to help. In the event of the unforeseen, your family member may need some temporary or long-term assistance. In some cases, a warm companion is what you’ll need while in the hospital or any other medical institution. There is no greater support than open arms and ears in such trying times. .

Our Caregivers can help with a wide range of activities including meal planning, preparation and light household duties (i.e. cleaning, laundry and washing dishes). Our members provide support in grocery shopping as well, if required.
